It can happen that a guest wants to book a certain period. You agree, but he then fails to request the booking via the booking form.
There can be several reasons for this:
1. The period is shorter or longer than a week and the guest wants to arrive on a different day than your normal changeover day.
You can solve this yourself!
- log into your account and click on "edit" under your advertisement
- go to "prices
- create a price period especially for the requested period. You do this by clicking on "add price period".
- enter the requested period
- choose a flexible changeover day
- select the minimum number of days for a stay. This must correspond to the number requested by the guest.
- select a daily rate of 1/7 of the weekly price
- save the price period
- ask the guest to request the booking again
- offer the booking
Once booked, you can change back to your normal periods again.
2. Other cause: You have not yet entered prices for the requested period, or the period is not available.
Solution: fill in the prices and set the period to available.
