If you have an old advertisement, you have to ask for a review yourself. Always do this! Reviews help to get more requests.
How it works
At the bottom of your ad on the visitors' side, you will find the button:
"Visited this Gite? Please give your opinion"
You can alert your guests to this. Send them a direct link to your ad.
Abusive content
Reviews that, in the opinion of Gites, violate our terms and conditions or contravene the law will be removed. With this, we remain vigilant to ensure that feedback on the platform remains constructive and meets the standards that we as Gites consider important.
A review is a guest's personal, subjective assessment of their stay at your holiday home. These experiences can vary depending on expectations and personal preferences. It is important to realise that readers understand this too: they know that reviews are a reflection of individual opinions. At the same time, reviews provide valuable information for future guests, and give insight into what they can expect from a stay in your accommodation. As a result, Gites is cautious about removing reviews. Should you object to a posted review, please contact us.
Besides a review about your vacation home, you can also write a review about our website and your experience with our platform. You can do this by leaving a Google review via this link or post a review via Facebook using the following link. Please note that this Google review aims to review the website and the booking procedure, not (the stay in) the vacation home itself. To post a review about the vacation home, click on the button in the email you received after your departure. |
