How can I make sure the visitor finds my advert in the search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.) ?

How can I make sure that the visitor of Gites finds my advert on Gites when entering a key word? 

• Make sure that your texts contain words that people often use when they are looking for a holiday home in France. 

Not: in ‘notre reve’  you can relax with your feet in the water.
But: Holiday home Notre Reve in the Dordogne department offers a wonderful holiday with swimming pool.  

Not: In the village is a nice market.
But: Do you like to visit French markets, then the French farmer's market in the villige of Saillans near your holiday home is a must.

• Does your holiday letting have a specific feature, make sure this appears in your texts several times. Use your imagination!

Example: Fish, fishing, fih lake, carp, trout, fish permit, etc. 

Example: wine, vineyard, vineyards, wine cellars, wine tastings, buy wine, wine trail, and the "brand" of the wine in your area. 

Example: child friendly, cot, high chair, fenced garden, enclosed garden, enclosed courtyard, safe for toddlers, secured pool, toys, playground, etc.

Example: wheel chair, wheel chair user, suitable for wheel chairs, handicap, ground floor bedroom, label handicap (if so) etc.

• Do you want to be found if people look for certain towns in the area? Make sure you mention the names of those towns in your texts! 

Example: Saint-Tropez, Frejus, Nice, Toulon, Marseille, Hyeres…

Example: Special offer, discount, discount on 2nd week...

Use your imagination and think of which keywords might be important for your advert. In Google it takes some time to see the result, but on Gites, the result is immediate.
