To link your bank account to the gites.com payment system (onboarding), you need to do a number of things but also have a number of documents ready digitally. Please read these instructions carefully. Get the required documents and then log into your account.

You will fill in your details and need to upload a Relevée d'Identité Bancaire (RIB). Your RIB must be dated and signed!!! Then upload a copy of your ID card (front and back separately) or your passport (front).

>> Log in

>> go to your account (at the top right of the website next to the globe there is a circle and a down arrow)

>> click on your name (3 tabs will appear, slightly greyed out)

>> click on "your bank details"

>> click on the red "complete verification" button

You will now go to the website of OPP, our payment platform

>> choose 'France'

>> choose 'autre'

>> enter the entire name that appears on your RIB. Note! Mr et MMe XXX. Then please also include Mr and MMe's ID proof.

>> Upload the RIB

You will now be returned to Gites.com

>> click on the red button "link identity"

>> indicate whether you want to upload your passport or your ID card

>> upload your document(s)
