Rental amounts minus the agreed commission plus VAT are released two working days after the arrival of your guests. Depending on the receiving French bank, it may take up to 3 or 4 days before you see the amount on your bank account.
In order to make the payment possible, your bank account has to be linked to our payment provider OPP )*.

To do this, please follow the steps below:

- Log in to Gites with your email address and your password

- Click on "account"

- Click on "your bank details"

- Follow the steps to start the verification. After the first part you will be guided back to Gites.

- You now have to take the second step: Click on 'complete verification' and let the system guide you.

Verification is completed after 1 business day in most cases. If something is not clear or if the payment provider OPP has questions, they will contact you via the email address in your account on Gites.

If you have a business bank account, please contact Gites and send your K-Bis or Chamber of Commerce extract in addition to your ID and bank statement.
